Alternative Gingerbread Treats

Year after year, we carefully craft the perfect gingerbread house, complete with Smarties-tiled rooftops, candy cane fences, and gumball light posts, and proudly put it on display for weeks. The problem? By the time we’re ready to eat our creation, the bread has gone stale, the icing has dried up and all the candy toppings seem to have disappeared (don’t look at us).
