We recently attended the launch party for the new Swarovski spring/summer 2014 collection and although we’ve always been fans of Swarovski, this new collection takes things to a whole new level. It’s full of statement pieces that we’re all crazy about right now and it was hard to narrow down our favourites.

Gone are the days where sparkly, stand-out jewelry is reserved for fancy occasions. In fact, it’s now fair game to rock your sparkly jewelry with your everyday jeans, sweaters and t-shirts.  We’re loving this trend, because if there’s one thing we’ve learned in life it’s to not reserve your favourite things for a special occasion. Use the fancy dishes, sip from the cute champagne glasses, rock that expensive dress, and wear your favourite jewelry as much as possible.

The newest Swarovski collection takes influence from both art and nature, and is based on earthy tones and brilliant primary colours. Aqua blues, beautiful pinks and delicate yellows, this lineup really does have something for every style.
