Camel Coat

I had a goal of finding two specific fashion items this fall. One was a camel coat and the other was a baby blue turtle neck sweater. I’ve been on the hunt for a camel coat or cape for a while now and haven’t been able to find one that I loved. I then came across the below coat from Zara (on sale no less) and immediately jumped all over it.

This year, I became an instant fan of the store Ever New when it arrived in Canada. It’s an Australia-based company and the Australians really know a thing or two about classy and chic style. The store is a mix of beautiful classics and chic stand out pieces. I found this baby blue turtle neck sweater there and it’s become one of my favourite sweaters this winter.

Are there any items you scored this season that you had been on the hunt for? Next on my list is a cape, since I opted for the camel coat. I still don’t have one in my wardrobe and I really love the look of them. Adding it to the wish list!

SHOP THE POST:

Grey & Lace

Can we talk about this grey top? I love the lace detailing on the sleeves and bottom of the top. Next to pink, light grey is my favourite colour. I always find myself gravitating to light grey items when I’m shopping and as a result, I now have an ever-growing collection of grey sweaters.

And how about these boots? I always get so many compliments when I wear them. I love the fit of them and the sexy opening at the back.  I’ve had this outfit on repeat lately.  With the warmer winter weather we’ve been having, I haven’t felt the need to put away the white pants yet. I love when fashion rules disappear. The term “winter white” has now made wearing light colours all through the winter totally acceptable. Works for me!

Pink Rose Dress

This dress is officially my new favourite thing. From now on I’ll be constantly looking for excuses to put it on. I even wore it to a wedding last weekend. I love the colour, the cut of the neck, the big flowy skirt and the material is awesome. It has a bit of a 1950’s vide. Plus, has there ever more a more “pink the town” appropriate dress? I think not!

Flamingo Skirt

The second I saw this skirt, I instantly fell in love. I find it hard to say no to anything flamingo, which you can probably tell from my flamingo tray and flamingo stir sticks. I love the way this skirt pairs with white, black and pink (especially my fav pink heels).  What would you pair it with?
